Investitionsbudget und Finanzplan<\/strong><br \/>\nDas Investitionsbudget umfasst alles, was es braucht, um eine Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit aufzunehmen (z. B. Material, Maschinen, Renovationsarbeiten usw.).\u00a0 Im Finanzierungsplan legen Sie fest, wie diese Investitionen finanziert werden sollen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Dreijahresprognose f\u00fcr die Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung (oder Erfolgsrechnung)<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung zeigt die monatliche Umsatzentwicklung (Ertr\u00e4ge), die Direktkosten, die Fixkosten (L\u00f6hne, Miete, Marketing, IT, sonstige Kosten) den Finanzaufwand und die Steuern.<br \/>\nEine monatliche Erfolgsrechnung ist unerl\u00e4sslich (mindestens f\u00fcr die zw\u00f6lf Monate ab Beginn der Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit), da s\u00e4mtliche Aktivit\u00e4ten auf die eine oder andere Weise saisonal bedingt sind.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding   avia-builder-el-37  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_one_half  \" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>3. Finanzmittelrechnung \u00fcber mindestens 12 Monate<\/strong><br \/>\nMit der Finanzmittelrechnung kann die monatliche Entwicklung der fl\u00fcssigen Mittel (Liquidit\u00e4t) des Unternehmens unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Einnahmen (einkassierte Rechnungen) und Ausgaben (zu leistende Zahlungen) prognostiziert werden.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Bez\u00fcglich der Verkaufsprognosen muss man realistisch bleiben (im Wissen, dass sich der Umsatz oft langsamer entwickelt, als vorgesehen) und eine Sicherheitsreserve f\u00fcr Ausgaben vorsehen, mit denen man nicht gerechnet hat. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_half  flex_column_div av-zero-column-padding first  avia-builder-el-39  el_after_av_one_half  el_before_av_one_third  column-top-margin\" style='border-radius:0px; '><section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>Vorgehensweise:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Laden Sie eines der beiden nebenstehenden Excel-Dokumente herunter: Das erste ist f\u00fcr eine Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit als \u201eBerater\u201c und das zweite f\u00fcr eine Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit im Bereich \u201eVerbrauchsg\u00fcter\u201c mit direkten Kosten vorgesehen.<\/li>\n<li>Passen Sie das Modell an die Besonderheiten der Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit an und achten Sie auf die Koh\u00e4renz der Formeln.<\/li>\n<li>Sie k\u00f6nnen mehrere Versionen entsprechend Ihren Hypothesen erstellen: ein pessimistisches Szenario, ein mittleres Szenario und ein optimistisches Szenario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><div class=\"flex_column av_one_third  flex_column_div   avia-builder-el-41  el_after_av_one_half  avia-builder-el-last  column-top-margin\" style='background: rgba(240,90,26,0.1);
